On a personal note, the last time I was at the Wynn, my husband and I enjoyed a couples massage and I highly recommend it. Our certified massage therapists were excellent and friendly without being intrusive. The spa facilities are gorgeous and I appreciated the fact that you can choose whether you want a female or male therapist for your massage.
While the spa treatments are on the pricier side (this is Vegas after all), the facilities are excellent. If you're looking for something extra special with your Vegas experience, a Spa treatment may be well worth it.
